What is Tai Chi Qigong?

Tai Chi Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system, designed to regulate flow of, and increase, the body's natural energy or Qi. Qi or Chi can be described as the natural energy that permeates all living things.
Qigong exercises are practiced daily by millions of people worldwide to maintain good health and wellbeing. Exercises focus on posture, breath and mindfulness or intent. Exercises can be put into three main categories: Martial Arts, Health/Medical, Spiritual, but many practitioners tend to see the exercises as a way to develop themselvesĀ as a whole.
