What can I expect?
Your staff can be taught a set of exercises to enhance their energy, relieve stress and strengthen their bodies. Staff are taught a set of simple exercises to enliven and relax their bodies and minds and prepare them for the coming day. A member of your team will then be trained and supported over six months to deliver the exercises on a daily basis.
How will my staff benefit?
By delivering a daily health enhancing exercise class to your staff you will be creating a healthier working environment for all. Staff will discover tools to increase their own health and wellbeing leading to reduction in absenteeism, healthy and happy staff are more efficient and less likely to look for alternative employment..

Christopher can deliver a tailored program to suit your company’s needs. Treat your staff to a 'Health and wellbeing' day in the Lake District; spend the morning doing Tai Chi by a lake, and the afternoon being pampered by holistic therapists. Some activities to consider:
8 Step Energy Program. Gentle relaxing and energy boosting morning class.
Tai Chi for Stress Reduction. A day of absolute relaxation, bring a pillow, you’ll need it!
Medieval Role Play. Learn some 'kick ass' sword fighting techniques and demonstrate them in a scripted performance at the end of the day.
