Tai Chi Qigong can be translated as ‘the very best in energy work', it is a physical therapy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM.

Tai Chi Qigong exercises are designed to increase and regulate the flow of your bodys natural energy or Qi. In TCM disease can be seen as a blockage in the flow of your bodys energy, you will learn simple breathing, stretching and meditation techniques to gently dissolve these blockages or tensions and increase your health and wellbeing.

Tai Chi Qigong Therapy is unique - you take the therapy home with you after your session, allowing healing to progress daily. Exercises are prescribed depending on your needs.

It is recommended to follow a prescription daily for 3 months to gain maximum benefit, and to consult your therapist regularly to monitor your progress.

A typical session may involve slapping, shaking and moving meditation, leaving you feeling more centred, energised and relaxed. You may experience your best nights sleep in a very long time after a session, it is common.

A gifted and natural teacher, Chris is able to pass on simple and transformational techniques that enable you to unlock your true healing potential.

Christopher can prescribe a set of physical and/ or meditational exercises tailored to suit your physical, emotional or personal development needs.

If your desire is to become fitter, stronger and more flexible, Christopher can help. If you desire is to aid recovery from trauma, physical or emotional then Christopher can teach you exercises to help you.

 

Where?

Christopher teaches one-to-one in Ulverston and Kendal, he is available for home visits in South Cumbria and North Lancashire.
